Natural curly hair can get tangled and become a frizzy mess if not treated with conditioner that is worked in and hair detangled. A lot of people have shampoo and conditioner build-up that causes issues with tangles, sheen and just takes away the healthy hair look all together. I think we would all agree there are lots of problems with hair out here in the real world.

It’s an inexpensive idea or solution for lots of hair problems so why not take advantage by purchasing one today? Swissco Deluxe Scalp Massage Shampoo Brush

Swissco is by far the deluxe model of scalp massage shampoo brushes. For only $2.29 plus shipping on drugstore.com you can get the best available in my opinion. It is easy to use and easy on the scalp. Fits nicely in your hand and helps to detangle and rinse chemicals in the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. Just rubbing it gentle across your scalp helps you start the day relaxed. A real steal and fun to use. Make sure it drains well and clean often to avoid any crude building up in the brush.

Kent Scalp Massage Shampoo Brush

Kent makes an attractive scalp shampoo brush much like the Swissco but it cost about a dollar and a half more. Not sure it’s worth the extra money. Nonetheless it is easy to use with bristles a little wider then the Swissco that helps to promote healthy roots and pliable scalp when used on a daily basis. Massaging your hair with the Kent scalp massage brush or any brush helps to soften and make it more manageable.

Luxor Professional Shampoo Brush amp; Scalp Massager w/Suction

Just because they call it professional they charge almost twice as much. I found it on sale at hairproducts.com for $4.87 plus shipping. The unique thing about the Luxor is that it comes apart and drains easily which keeps it clean and ready to use. For $10.82 plus shipping it comes with Massagio Ultimate Shampoo Brush. It clips easily between your fingers and is a snap to use.

Denman Shampoo Massage Brush

The Denman, which I found at folica.com for $3.95 plus shipping, is a one-piece economical model. Although I believe you can get a better scalp massage shampoo brush it has a nice pliable easy to fit in your hand shape. This brush has as smaller bristles then normal for those with dandruff conditions that need an invigorating massage. For that reason it might be a good value.

Genco Shampoo Massage Brush

If you are on the go traveling a lot this is a must. Very compact and can be found cachebeauty.com for a mere $1.29 plus shipping. This handy little brush works well on the go and helps keep your scalp invigorated and your hair clean. This brush needs to be used for travel while using one of the above for daily home use. A great accessory and small gift for someone you like. Also this website seems to have a number of options if you would like to look at other brushes and massagers.

Review: “Don’t Stop Massage Candle” from Victoria’s Secrets

My friend recently got me a get well gift to help relax and help my body heal. It was very unique get well gift because it was a candle and massage oil all in one. The gift is called, “Don’t Stop Massage Candle,” and it is from Victoria’s Secrets.

Now the reason I thought is was such a unique but awesome get well gift because it was a candle that came in a cute 7 ounce small white colored open pitcher shape like holder with a pouring spout and a black bow wrapped around it. You can light it just like a regular candle and it allows a nice aroma into the room, and when you blow the candle out you can use the melted warm nourishing ingredients and soy wax that the candle is made out of as a nice relaxing moisturizing massage oil. I was so excited when I got this gift because I had cracked rib and torn muscles and could really benefit from relaxing and using the melted ingredients from the candle to massage the area that I injured to help relieve pain and promote faster healing. I also liked this gift because you can just burn it as a candle and it burns for a really long time without having to constantly replace it with another candle, and it was paraffin free.

The best way I found to use the Don’t Stop Massage Candle’s warm waxy massage oil was by simply blowing out the candle and allowing the oil to cool for a few minutes. After I like to simply drizzle the body oil from the melted candle into my hands and than massage it into my injury or body to help relax, soothe, and soften my skin.

Now some of the things you should be careful of when using the Don’t Stop Massage Candle are to be careful not to pour the melted oil onto your skin directly after you blow the candle out because the oil is very hot. I usually wait around 3 to 5 minutes before I use the melted oil and wax on my skin and use it as massage oil. Your also going to want to place this candle in a safe location when you burn it, and keep it away from pets and children. I know when I light this candle I have to stick it high up on an open shelf because my candle seems to find the flickering candle entertaining and likes to try to touch the flame with his paw. Those of you without pets or children feel free to put it wherever just as long as it isn’t learn anything flammable because the candle does spark off a bit a times. Other than those warming this is an excellent get well to get and give to anyone with a sports, muscle, broken bone, or torn tissue injury.

Once again the store you can get the Don’t Stop Massage Candle from is Victoria’s Secret for around $30 I believe. I hope those of you who get this gift will love it, and I hope those of you who are giving it have luck pleasing your loved one with it. I know I loved this unique get well gift, and those of you who get it as a get well gift or for another special occasion will love it as well. I hope you all can relax to the candle and enjoy the warm nourishing massage oil made by your candle.
